I ordered 2 luxe foundations on 24 th Dec .Shop the tracking company said they were delivered on the 25th one day later so impossible ! All attempts to contact them send them copy of order number and screenshot has been ignored .No phone number on their website .This is not how s business should be run .I now have to inform my credit card company to receive a refund .Please step up.your game Luxe cosmics and improve your communication systems

Still waiting

Paid for expedited shipping and find out that it is shipping from China. So apparently this trusted lab is in china. No where on its website does it say this. Still waiting for product more than 2 weeks after order. Tracking says plane took off. Not happy.

Eyelid pads like jelly

The silicon upper eyelid pads were very soft and squishy like jelly. The example shown in the booklet and ads appeared to be a firmer material. It is almost impossible to comb the eyelashes up onto the soft pads.

The BOGO was bs

The BOGO was bs. I never received my second kit. Customer service is non-existent, the glue inside the kit was dry. Horrible experience and extremely disappointed that I have heard NOTHING from my email to customer service. This is a total scam.
