They have terrible customer service. It took them over a month to return my email. Then they only offered me 20% back for my purchase. Then when asked if I could exchange the color of the foundation on the unopened boxes they said no due to hygiene issues. It has been a horrible experience. I would not buy from them.
I heard good things about the Luxe color changing foundation and thought I would give it a try. I went to their website (luxeresearchlab.com not sure if this is the same as luxe-cosmetics.com ) wanting to buy from the source.
1. After many days, I decided to look online to see what was taking my package so long and found that it was coming from China. If I had known this, I would not have ordered this product.
2. I ordered the light color, and it shows that I ordered the light color on the e-mail that I received when the product was shipped. I received the medium color.
3. The package was shrink-wrapped so I expected it to be new. After opening it and trying to pump the product out for a couple of minutes I finally screwed off the pump and the product was extremely old, and there was hardly anything in there that could be pumped up.
4. The final kicker to this is that the manufacturing date on the box was 10/01/2026. That's nine months in the future.
I believe I was scammed so I will not be buying this product again and the product I received went straight into the trash. This is money gone and wasted. I am very disappointed.
Ordered on 1/19/26 and paid extra for 5 day shipping. By 1/24/26 I had not received product and according to tracking it wasn't even prepared or shipped yet. I had inquired about item a few times and got the 5-7 day turn around answer, then why offer 5 day shipping?? Luckily I used PayPal so I got a quick refund. Afterwards I was told was a problem with my info. If that was the case why was I not notified?? Also, my bank alerted to scam. Now they're blowing up my email with more deals and freebies. No Thanks!! I will stick to Temu, Shein, Amazon and TikTok from now on, no problems there.
Is it possible to give zero stars? Be cautious, as products are shipped from overseas despite the listed address. My order was said to have shipped three weeks ago, but there have been no updates on tracking since it left. The support team has been unresponsive. Save your money; this service feels like a scam!
I was excited to buy this product again, but when I received it, the adhesive was completely dried out and looked like slime. Luckily, a separate adhesive was included, but it didn’t help much; the lashes and pads kept falling off. I tried additional adhesive to secure them, but they kept sliding off. I appreciate the formula and have used it successfully before, but it just didn’t work well this time.
I've been using this for 2 months now. My lashes have doubled in length, and the lift is perfect! Just don’t keep the lift on too long, or it can over-process the lashes. Be careful not to get it on your skin! I recommend this if you're cautious; it can go wrong quickly.
