The new lash curl kit has horrendous curl cushions that you stick to your eye. They don’t stick down even with lash glue and tape. This meant that my lashes were permed straight as they did not curl around the pad like they should I’m so disappointed complete waste of my money. And had no reply from customer service
I got the lash lift set eyebrow lamination and eyelash shampoo. Lash lift set was 9/10 it works and a third of the price of a lash lift. It has clean ingredients but the eye plastic doesn’t stick on my eye. That’s the only bad part. The eyebrow tint was 7/10 because it just made my eyebrows stick together and very black and thick. Didn’t see too much of a lamination in the way I wanted. Eyelash shampoo is 8/10 good for getting rid of make up.
Håpløs kundebehandling. Styr unna. I sent my first inquiry to customer service on September 12, and have followed up several times since. The response has felt deliberately delayed — it wasn’t until I wrote that I was giving up and would leave feedback on Trustpilot that I was offered a refund.
