Review Time
The company's practices seem questionable. After receiving an email saying my order was delivered, I checked the tracking details, which showed conflicting statuses—one indicating delivery to a locker and the other to my door. I emailed the company on December 17th and 18th for an update but received no response. This experience has made me hesitant to do business with them again, and I advise others to be cautious.
I ordered a product on 12/13/25 and received tracking information in a foreign language on 12/16/25 indicating it shipped. I've contacted the company three times for an update, but as of today, 1/7/26, I still have no response and no product. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I had checked reviews beforehand.
I ordered a color-changing foundation but received sunscreen instead. I emailed them three times expressing my dissatisfaction, but I still haven't received a reply. I definitely do not recommend purchasing anything from this company.
Total scam! I received buy one get one free bottle, along with 100% written 30-day guarantee. FALSE! I opened the 1st one, and the bottle was faulty...product wouldn't come out, so I had to open the 2nd. It was awful. Didn't do what it said. So asked for a refund, they said they can't refund open bottles (how do you not open a bottle you want to try?). I told them one bottle wouldn't dispense the product and it wasn't MY fault, it's theirs! Anyway, it gone nasty, I kept emailing and told them if I didn't get a refund, I would report them to the BBB. They just now sent me the address (China!), and I have to pay to send it back! It will cost more to return than the product itself! I'm screwed! They offered me 30% off and just keep the products. Looks like I have no choice as at least I get something back. Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I should know better myself!
I ordered the foundation the 9th of December and as of today December 31, I have received NOTHING! My order never came and they did take my money. The tracking # and order # says that No order. I’ve sent emails and continue to get the runaround. If they truly cared. They would tell me where it is or give me a refund I think this site is a HOAX.. If it showed up today, I would never order from a company with such POOR customer service. BEWARE OF SCAMMERS!Never again will I trust this site.
