I have utilized this service for over a year, and it has been a remarkably positive experience! There were a few delivery issues, but the support team addressed each concern promptly! I couldn't be more pleased with the service... Amazing people and a fantastic organization!
Received an email about updating billing info, but it’s not available in the app. The link just keeps saying 'loading.' The package center is poorly designed for deliveries, leading to 50% ending up on the floor instead of in lockers. There’s confusion at home; sometimes I get notices, sometimes my partner does. It should allow multiple email addresses for the same mailing address. Good concept but needs enhancement.
