After another online shop messed up my order, I decided to try LuxPlus because they had the product I needed: Hydrogen Peroxide stabilized with a very small amount of phosphoric acid. This is nice for house plants to get rid of fungal gnats. My order arrived quickly from Denmark to Finland and it was packaged well. The customer service rep in Finland was excellent. I ordered the last 2 bottles and mentioned that I would like to buy more on a regular basis. A couple weeks later, I checked the LuxPlus website and the product was in stock, so this time I ordered 4 bottles. The service seems reliable, fast shipping, and I'm 100% satisfied. scammers, I bought some air fresheners and they have sent me the cost of a subscription that I have not done. If so many people have the same problem, the problems are not the people but your company, it is incredible that people have not reported it to customer service.
I still have not gotten my order in over a week even after asking what was happening 4 days later Can someone tell me if DHL are on strike.. if the consignment was never issued.I ordered on thr 28th Feb. Its a week later and nothing here still Anne
