I’d bought some cute, inexpensive, reading glasses in a discount shop just to help with things like reading small-printed menus in dimly lit restaurants, but this soon proved a bad choice as one of the arms quickly fell off! I searched online for a better but similar-looking pair and soon found Luxreaders. Similar style, similar price… so I ordered and was so delighted when they arrived quickly, beautifully packaged - and the quality was massively better! Top quality, super-sturdy, great value, and even better looking. A brilliant buy!
Excellent quality frames and lenses and a great contemporary style. I was looking at glasses for three times the price before I found Luxreaders and I'm delighted with them. I've got two pairs now and I expect I'll get more as they release new styles and colours.

The company is founded with the ambition to digitize the purchase of reading glasses and end up with the notion that reading glasses is a necessary evil that must be boringly designed and poor in quality. Therefore, we have done our utmost to produce some reading glasses, where both design and quality are top notch while they are still affordable.
We’ve many years of experience from the optical industry and have therefore closely monitored how the market for reading glasses is largely driven by gas stations, supermarkets and the like. These businesses focus to a large extent on low prices, high margins and preferably a high frequency of repurchases when customers' vision has to be corrected. The result is bad and ugly reading glasses in poor quality. We want to change that!
