Complete and total fraud! Charged me to submit trademarks for 5 classes and only paid USPTO for 1 class, then tried to tell me I had to submit a form that couldn't be submitted for over 5 years. Even USPTO advised me they are likely frauds. Don't trust them, don't send them any money.
The overall experience was professional and smooth. There was a short delay during one stage, but Travis followed up and clarified everything thoroughly. I felt confident the filing was handled correctly.
I had a very disappointing experience with Trademark Chase.
I initially contacted them to register a tradename and paid $188 to get started. Shortly after, I was told that due to “new trademark law,” I was required to register a minimum of three classes at $450 per class. This immediately raised concerns, so I contacted the USPTO directly and was informed that this statement was not true and that there is no such requirement.
Based on that information, I requested a refund of my initial $188. I was told the refund would be processed within 10–15 business days. It has now been over 36 days.
Since then, no one has returned my calls or emails regarding the refund. I’ve also reached out multiple times through their web chat. Each time, I’m told the refund is “being processed” and that I will receive a confirmation email. I have never received any confirmation emails, and no refund has been issued.
At this point, the lack of transparency, inconsistent information, and complete absence of follow-up have been extremely frustrating. I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution and verify everything independently before providing payment.
