Review Time
I ordered three pairs of readers, but one arrived with a crooked arm. I returned it for an exchange, yet the replacement was the same. I’ve struggled to return the second pair, and the support team has been unhelpful, leaving me frustrated. I had to pay £15 to fix them at an optician. Going forward, I’ll stick to local companies.
This is not my first order, and while previous experiences were good, this time has been disappointing. One of the six pairs arrived broken, and after multiple emails with no resolution, I'm left feeling frustrated. They keep promising to get back to me but take no action. I suggest avoiding this service due to their lack of support.
I've bought reading glasses for over a decade, but something has changed. I received the wrong strength for two of the three pairs I ordered three weeks ago, and all my attempts to fix this have been unsuccessful. Communication is only through an automated system, and they can't even match my order to my email despite my providing proof. I will be sending a formal complaint, but I advise others to steer clear.
I love the rubber frames (no irritation!), the cool shapes (even my kids agree), the matte finish, and the great fit that looks expensive without being so. I treat them pretty roughly, and when the lenses wear out after about a year and a half, I recycle them and buy three more pairs. I’m very satisfied!

Luxreaders is a Danish company with roots in Copenhagen. The company is founded with the ambition to digitize the purchase of reading glasses and end up with the notion that reading glasses is a necessary evil that must be boringly designed and poor in quality. Therefore, we have done our utmost to produce some reading glasses, where both design and quality are top notch while they are still affordable.
We’ve many years of experience from the optical industry and have therefore closely monitored how the market for reading glasses is largely driven by gas stations, supermarkets and the like. These businesses focus to a large extent on low prices, high margins and preferably a high frequency of repurchases when customers' vision has to be corrected. The result is bad and ugly reading glasses in poor quality. We want to change that!
We have a large range of stylish prescription glasses for men and women. 1 pair for £3 and 3 pairs for £59 with shipping included. Buy it no29See more
