I ordered glasses but needed to return one pair. I had difficulty exchanging it, so I opted for a return and refund. I spoke with customer service via chat, received my return forms and free postage. I returned all three pairs over three weeks ago, but I still haven't received my refund. I will not use this service again.
The glasses themselves are fine, but the follow-up customer service is lacking. The website promotes a 'Happiness Guarantee' that influenced my purchase. However, when one pair broke shortly after buying three pairs, I reached out but only interacted with a chatbot that was unhelpful. So while the glasses might be good, if issues arise, you won't be able to reach anyone for assistance.
The communication is very good, not too pressing. And the efficiency following the order is very impressive. Always delivered on time. And, of course most importantly, the glasses are really good. On the very rare occasions I have had problems with my orders the support has been very friendly and efficient. I really love Luxreaders as a company. Ed in Surrey, UK
Unfortunately, one star is as low as it goes. One star isn’t against the item, it for their refusal to provide a refund. I am now over one calendar month since the date on the proof of postage and continually receive a stalling chat bot style response. If you reside in the UK your order is posted and, if returned, returned to Denmark. There is no means of adequately contacting them, just the same holding statement of how sorry they are if you have been waiting but never sorry enough or honest enough to refund you.Next step for me is to contact the equivalent of Trading Standards in Denmark.Save your money and don’t order from this company. They boost their profit margins by NOT PROVIDING REFUNDS.
Returned an item - no refund provided. I returned my item per their policy using their label and box. No refund provided after 5 weeks. Emailing their customer service is frustrating and pointless - Automated 'human' response gives no useful information and I have no way of speaking to an actual person to resolve this. Avoid this company.

Luxreaders is a Danish company with roots in Copenhagen. The company is founded with the ambition to digitize the purchase of reading glasses and end up with the notion that reading glasses is a necessary evil that must be boringly designed and poor in quality. Therefore, we have done our utmost to produce some reading glasses, where both design and quality are top notch while they are still affordable.
We’ve many years of experience from the optical industry and have therefore closely monitored how the market for reading glasses is largely driven by gas stations, supermarkets and the like. These businesses focus to a large extent on low prices, high margins and preferably a high frequency of repurchases when customers' vision has to be corrected. The result is bad and ugly reading glasses in poor quality. We want to change that!
We have a large range of stylish prescription glasses for men and women. 1 pair for £3 and 3 pairs for £59 with shipping included. Buy it no29See more
