Hi Trust Pilot,Luxreaders Glasses was satisfactory. I purchased the items mostly for the frame, not the lenses, because I know that I needed to have the lenses changed at a later date. I liked the design of the glasses. I like the material used to design the glasses because it gave the glasses a certain amount of flexibility. Also, they are comfortable to wear, because I tried them for a while. One size fit all. I also liked the colour of the glasses. However, the lens were designed as reading glasses for someone who is far sighted.I am able to see clearly upclose. I can read a book without glasses. However, If I am watching the television, I need glasses for distance. On the streets, I need my glasses to see the number of the buses from a distance. So, at some point, I need to have the lense replaced with ones more suited to my personal needs. Thank you for your product.Kind regards,Sarah Kerr.
Delivery was 2 weeks late. No explanation and no communication. I’m now out of the country and didn’t get them before I left and so won’t be able to return them within your 30 day returns period. I sent emails asking when they’d arrive and got no reply. If your process is delayed because of COVID you should say so on your website. People are sympathetic but only if you communicate.

We’ve many years of experience from the optical industry and have therefore closely monitored how the market for reading glasses is largely driven by gas stations, supermarkets and the like. These businesses focus to a large extent on low prices, high margins and preferably a high frequency of repurchases when customers' vision has to be corrected. The result is bad and ugly reading glasses in poor quality. We want to change that!
