I placed an order for the first box and then decided to cancel it. However, I received a second box anyway. When I checked my account, it indicated that the order was canceled, yet I was still billed $43. No one is responding to my calls, so I suppose I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This feels very fraudulent.
Ordered a subscription with "cancel" anytime. I want to try it out. Cancel, if I like it, reorder and continue. I am unable to cancel for 24 cycles, even though it says I can cancel anytime.I have tried messaging and calling. Calling goes to someone's voicemail no mention of the company, which seems random.
I made a review of a product I had purchased from Zencrafthouse. While good quality, it did not fit correctly. Customer Service quickly reached out and replaced the product. New product is perfect. All items I have purchased are high quality. Wonderful company. Thank you.
My bracelet arrived and it is beautiful. I ordered a 7 when I should have ordered a 6. But it was my mistake and I am dealing with it. I get compliments on it all the time. I suffer from scoliosis pain and after having surgery last year removing a tumor and 1 ovary, I was laid up and couldn't exercise and now I need to lose the weight I gained while being laid up.
