Canceled order still charged

I placed an order for the first box and then decided to cancel it. However, I received a second box anyway. When I checked my account, it indicated that the order was canceled, yet I was still billed $43. No one is responding to my calls, so I suppose I will have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. This feels very fraudulent.

Ordered a subscription with "cancel"…

Ordered a subscription with "cancel" anytime. I want to try it out. Cancel, if I like it, reorder and continue. I am unable to cancel for 24 cycles, even though it says I can cancel anytime.I have tried messaging and calling. Calling goes to someone's voicemail no mention of the company, which seems random.

My bracelet arrived and it is…

My bracelet arrived and it is beautiful. I ordered a 7 when I should have ordered a 6. But it was my mistake and I am dealing with it. I get compliments on it all the time. I suffer from scoliosis pain and after having surgery last year removing a tumor and 1 ovary, I was laid up and couldn't exercise and now I need to lose the weight I gained while being laid up. I hope it helps.
