The product was "tracked" with made-up details. When they said it had been left at my mailbox on a certain date I knew it was bogus as I had received the mail in person from the mailman. Upon filing a complaint, they changed their story to one where the package had been mysteriously returned. A few weeks later I got a postage due note from my mail carrier and it was a cheap knockoff of what I ordered. I was informed that I could return the item at my expense (to CHINA) in order to receive credit for the postage. I do NOT recommend this company.
I placed an order, and they claim it was delivered, but I haven't received it. I've been in contact with them for over a month trying to resolve this issue, but all they say is that it was delivered and that it's no longer their concern. They are unwilling to assist further.
