I saw Warrior Worlds on Shark Tank 5, I bought 4 t-shirts from Warrior Worlds, the quality was not that great, they turned out to be normal t-shirts, when I had to return one t-shirt I clicked on the return tab, but that option was fake, then I called them, they asked me to WhatsApp them, when I whatsapped a link came from there, after giving all the details on the link the return was created, but I had to send that return myself to their address, I was quite surprised to hear this, remember you can return it only within 2 days, they kept the return process so messy so that no one They cannot return it easily, people in the warrior world know that their t-shirts and products are of poor quality, these people only want to make profit by selling the products.

They are cheaters. Don't purchase from warriorworld. I paid Rs.999/- for 3 T shirts, which looked good quality in the ad. But I received 2. And that too of very low quality. Even the MRP written on the price tag of T shirt was Rs.109/-. Felt cheated.
The quality shown on the app is very different from the actual product. It’s not worth the price. I have ordered from Worrier World before and the quality and size were fine, but this time the product felt very low quality. The return and exchange policy is also disappointing—they require self-shipment, which feels like a way to discourage customers from returning or replacing items. Overall, not a good experience this time.
Hi,This was my first order. When I received it, I found that "L" is larger to me and I should order "M" and select a different colour.I have been trying to connect to their call center number for the past 40 minutes.2 times it connected, and the voice was very unclear and both executives told me to send whatsapp messages on the same number. They promised to respond. But there has been no response. While following their instructions online, by mistake I selected return instead of exchange. I am unable to cancel that request.I again dialed their customer care number several times, no one picks up and it just gets cut.
I had a very disappointing experience with Warrior World regarding my return request for Order #WW239079. As per their website, they offer return pickup services with a handling fee deduction, so I requested them to arrange the pickup. However, after initiating the return on 25th November, their support team replied that they had accepted the request but asked me to send the product myself to their Surat warehouse, instead of arranging a pickup.Even after clearly informing them that I live in Gurgaon, where every major courier company offers pickup service, they kept repeating that pickup is not available for my pincode, which is extremely hard to believe. Despite multiple emails and clear communication, they showed zero effort and no customer support, simply putting the burden back on the customer. This is unprofessional, misleading, and highly inconvenient. If a brand cannot honour its own policy or provide basic return pickup arrangements, it reflects very poorly on customer service.I would not recommend Warrior World to anyone. Think twice before ordering—because if something goes wrong, you will be left helpless.Very disappointed.
