My dad purchased a cropped faux fur jacket from Maybel Love’s website as a birthday gift for me. The jacket was advertised with photos and a video showing a waist-length crop and short faux fur. Shipping was stated as 7–10 days, but delivery took nearly three weeks. Although the company claims to be based in Miami, the item shipped from China.
When the jacket arrived, it was not the product advertised. The fit, cut, and material were completely different from what was shown online. The jacket I received was extremely cropped, barely covering the chest, and had long faux fur rather than the short faux fur shown in the promotional video. It looked nothing like the photos.
The item arrived without tags, and the only label inside the collar said “Fashion.” In contrast, the jacket shown on Maybel Love’s website clearly displays a hanging tag from a different brand, confirming that the item sent is not the same product being advertised.
This is not an issue of sizing or preference. The product delivered is materially different from the product advertised.
My dad has contacted the company multiple times requesting a refund due to deceptive advertising and failure to deliver the item as described. Despite being provided clear evidence, Maybel Love has refused to issue a refund and will only offer store credit. Store credit is not an acceptable resolution when the product received does not match the product advertised.
I was able to find the exact jacket I received listed on Alibaba for approximately $18. My dad paid $150 through Maybel Love for this item.
The lack of transparency, refusal to refund, and clear discrepancy between advertised and delivered products are extremely concerning. This company is overpriced, difficult to deal with, and misleading. I would strongly recommend avoiding Maybel Love.

Bought "Sequin Denim Jacket Shorts Women Set" and only got the shorts. Customer service told me it only includes the shorts- no jacket. Description is also super vague and can lead you to believe you are buying a set. Asked to return for a refund only to find out the following: a- store credit only and b- because I live in Canada I must pay for the shipping myself. I usually only buy from reputable and respectable online companies such as revolve or Aritzia as they will always refund your credit card- no such thing as a store credit. Very disappointed with this company. Wouldn't recommended unless you're ready to possibly lose your money.
I stopped by the Mabel Love Co store in Miami while visiting and I’m so glad I did.Everything looked even better in person — super cute and really well made.Mabel was there and helped me pick out the perfect outfit, she has the best eye for style.The vibe in the store was so aesthetic and chill, I honestly didn’t want to leave.I ended up getting a denim skirt and some earrings, and I’ve already worn both like three times.Definitely a hidden gem in Miami — I’ll be ordering online now that I’m back home.
After doing a bit of research for one specific dress I saw, I managed to find one review that had an image, after more research I come to find that the same review image is on Aliexpress and that the rest of the reviewers match making me think this is a drop shipping company hence why they can't return items.
