Do NOT buy from this company!! I ordered two vest for my kiddos on 12/22/2025 and was told I would receive them on 1/12/2026. 1.5 weeks after the due date, I emailed support and told there was a delay. Another week later and I requested a refund. I was told that I could ONLY CANCEL BEFORE THE 7-DAY PERIOD!! How am I supposed to do that when the due date was almost three from the time I ordered?!? So I asked them to email my policy... They refused. I emailed them back today that I would report them to the Federal Trade Commission (FRC) and the Better Business Bureau (BBB).

NEVER BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS THAT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE DISABLED!!! If you been scammed by them, go to the websites that provide services to REPORT THEM!!

the quality is great, I was a little skeptical because of the Facebook ad. I thought it was a scam but nope, it arrived in the timeframe that I was told. I emailed once to check on the status of my order and they responded quickly. now I just have to get my daughter use to wearing it :)
