Absolutely appalling delivery service I made a whole point of taking time off work to have my iPad delivered. I stressed at the point of purchase how important it was to me to be able to be in receipt of the parcel for my business outcomes. They completely let me down. I will not be using this company again. I cannot express how important it is for companies to use reliable delivery services the promise is made at the point of purchase need to be kept when they are not time and money is spent. I now have to go to a pick up point which is the only reliable way I can get my parcel which means taking another day off work. I can’t say how sick and disappointed I am by being inevitability of the failure of this company’s appointed delivery service to do what they said on the box when you spend best part of £1000 on a piece of kit and you buy online it is an essential part of the journey that you can trust the delivery Service. It’s the whole point of being able to work with an online delivery and an online purchase. This company has chosen DPD what a mistake I sat on the other side of the door while the guy failed to knock and deliberately didn’t put a card through the letterbox. I am furious and I know this company will distance itself through what it will say is another companies series of mistakes but haven’t spoken to the DPD lady. She is all too familiar with the fact that this is part of the practice. I now have to go to my local post office cause I’ve been told by her myself I can’t rely on the guy to deliver in the time slot even tomorrow what a joke.
A good value Mac Mini M4 in good condition bought for my business. Nothing to fault. Was kept updated about order status and order was delivered by DPD in the time window predicted. A pleasant experience and would happily buy from this company again.
First of all I did a chat with macfinder online to ask a few questions about trade ins and buying, all of my questions were answered with valuable knowledge and reassurance.The price I got for my trade ins were the best from any website, they even pay for postage and that was an easy way to send in items via the post office. So I pack my items up and sent them in, Once items were checked. It only took a week and the money was in my bank no problems.So I then decided to buy a Mackbook pro m4 from them, I once again asked a few question about the Mackbook and everthing was explained to me in great detail ie, does it come with box,warranty,condition etc.So I went ahead and purchased the Mackbook, When it arrived I was truly pleased with the condition it was pristine not a mark on it, battery health was 100% only 40 cycles, and a twelve month warranty. So an overall great experience and would use Macfinder again without question. So I hope this helps future buyers, just ask them if you are concerned about anything, you will get honest answers.
