Eset is very well setup to support customers in many ways. My main contention is that I was unable to ascertain how many satellites I could support as a main subscriber - when checking this out the software stated it could not help at this time! I bought a new subscription just to be sure.
I really like the product. The renewal process was not effective. I got the product through the business who helps me with my IT issues. When I renewed it through you, you sent an email with a link that expired in an hour, so my renewal was not credited back to him. As a result, I ended up paying twice for one of my computers.
For nearly 10 years, I've relied on this service for my business, thanks to a recommendation from a tech-savvy friend. It has been fantastic, and the best part is having the ability to call and talk to a real person to sort out issues swiftly; no dealing with automated responses. Just this morning, I made a mistake, but the representative guided me quickly, courteously, and with a friendly demeanor!

Support seems either incompetent or unwilling to acknowledge the risks, providing no assistance unless it involves a simple search for button names. A quick search reveals numerous issues associated with their products. Overall, relying on macOS security may be a safer option than installing any of these products.
