They rely on misleading marketing, a deliberately poor website interface, and vague communication to lure users into long-term contracts without clear consent.The process works like this: you come across their website filled with flashy claims about being one of the largest and most successful ad-listing platforms. Naturally, you think, “Why not create an account and test it out?” What they fail to make clear is that simply creating an account automatically binds you to a contract lasting a year or more. There is no explicit contract presented for signing, no confirmation step, no request for credit card or bank details, and no clear warning that you are committing to a paid service.You only discover that you are supposedly “under contract” when you receive their first invoice—regardless of whether you have posted a listing or used the platform in any meaningful way.At that point, you might reasonably assume customer support will resolve the issue. That assumption is wrong. Their support staff are rude and condescending, and the only response you will receive is a demand to pay. If you refuse, they threaten additional charges and legal action. There is no willingness to discuss, clarify, or resolve the situation fairly. When asked, they aren't even capable of sending you the contract that you've apparently singed with them, nor can it be found in your account details on their website, that should tell you all about their business practice.What’s particularly hypocritical is that when it comes to payments, they scrutinize every minor detail. The vast majority of inquiries seem to come from fake or automated accounts designed to create the illusion of activity. Alternatively, messages sent to real users simply never reach them. After the initial inquiry, communication stops entirely.
