This is a new company, and I decided to take a chance on their product despite the limited reviews when they first launched. I was pleasantly surprised by their commitment to ensuring I found the right color match. The initial shade I received was too light, but they promptly sent me a different one. I've been using it for several months, and my skin looks and feels fantastic! It doesn’t appear or feel like I'm wearing foundation, yet it effectively conceals all imperfections and redness! I recently made another order but received the wrong color. They quickly rectified the issue and sent the correct one right away. The representative was very responsive and helpful. Although shipping can take a bit longer (sometimes 1 to 2 weeks), it always arrives! Just order in advance to avoid running out. You won't regret trying this wonderful product! It's suitable for all skin types! I'm so glad I took the plunge and won’t be switching to anything else!
I took advantage of their BOGO offer. However, I only received one of the makeup choices I made. I contacted customer service and all they needed was my order number and mailing address. They shipped the other part of my order right away. VERY good customer service. Thank you!
Love the customer service of this company. I received the proper shade for my skin tone, and they were very accommodating and immediately sent out to the proper shade to me. I would advise to choose shade a little darker than you normally would as the light colors are very light and it's not a full coverage, but it is a very lightweight and beautiful product. I would highly recommend excited to get my new shades. Fast shipping great communication. I feel safe ordering from them. Will order again.
Serentia shipped my order in a timely manner, but it is the quality of the product that impresses me. It is beautifully packaged and the product is light and still provides great moisture and protection to the skin. I ordered four boxes of the Ivory BB Cream, and upon first use, it felt very natural and hydrating. However, the color was a bit too light, and the coverage wasn't enough to completely cover my pores and blemishes. I emailed them, and they quickly addressed my concerns, with excellent results.
The Customer Service from Serentia is absolutely excellent; prompt and generous. The creams provide a beautiful glow on the skin. It is lightweight and blurs imperfections. It does not settle into fine lines etc.,The natural ingredients in the cream are also excellent skincare. This product is much better than many high-end products which I've tried and Serentia creams are available at an affordable price. I'm very pleased. It's the best yet. Magic in a jar.
