Review Time
I bought one of the companies products and came damaged with a plastic holder snapped. I have asked for a refund but informed this will not affect the performance. I disagree and will test the unit. I am surprised I wasnt offered an immediate replacement. However I will be reasonable and yet the unit and confirm if it performs as advertised.
we are resellers of this machine in Sweden through our shop greenmovement.seNathan, who apparently handles sales in Europe, has not been able to give us an honest answer as to why we cant place an order. We have promised our customers in Sweden that the machine will arrive soon. But Nathan blames the warehouse for not being finished (lame excuse). we have been waiting for about three months. had it not been for the fact that we have already promised our customers that they will be allowed to buy the machine and that we have backorders, we would never have tried to order. We found the machine at a wholesaler in europe. Although Nathan has claimed that they have not started selling it yet in Europe.This company has the worst support in the world.
Seems like an ok-ish product, but because I asked a simple question 7 days ago, and they didn't respond to form contact or emails, I started reading reviews and forums. (I asked if the product is shipped from within Europe, and later found that it's not, even if the website name is magicalbutter.eu )I also read most reviews on their site, and they have between 5 and 10 % of costumers that are not happy with this product, some even receive DOAs. I can't understand why they all gave 5 stars...On forums I read it stops working after as low as 3 months. You won't have the opportunity to use it much longer after the warranty expires. Well, here's 1 star from me. Now I'm almost glad they ignored me because I avoided a subpar product.
Very prompt service. The only BIG issue is that this is supposed to be the site for the EU. They actually sent it from the UK and then you get charged with taxes when it arrives in the EU. They actually say it in the FAQ that you are responsible for the taxes but they don't mention that for the EU site it's sent from the UK
