I notice from another review Freshskin say the negative was because they hadn't responded to the email within hours. (Brush-off.) I had a postage problem with an order before xmas. I contacted Freshskin,(It's legally their duty to sort that out.) and got no response. However, finally the items did arrive. I never did get a reply. That was an order on ebay. Last week I ordered directly from their website. Coal Tar fragrance oil. It isn't Coal Tar. It smells like some kind of caramel. I know this because a few months before I bought a 10ml bottle and that was correct. I contacted Freshskin about this about 3/4 days ago, and no response as yet. I have spent a lot of money over a few years with them, but now with clearly no customer service when things do go wrong I find I have to look elsewhere. If I get a reasonable response to my review I will happily edit it.

Edition to below comment. Personal saying 'love' to leave negative comments, not professional. And they don't address the ebay purchase back before xmas. Funny that?

Please note: They have now edited their first response. I contacted them before the items were finally delivered. It is the legal responsibility of any company to contact their courier. It is the companies legal duty to ensure items purchased arrive and in good time. Royal Mail say to contact the company (Seller) in the event of a problem on their website. Please also note that I have kept correspondence on both orders and then can prove all I have said is correct.

Excellent company, great oils , have been using them for years. Have tried other companies but always end up going back to Freshskin. Great quality and great value 😊

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I ordered the diffuser oil through Esty which arrived but I couldn’t get the top off the bottle. I contacted fresh skin. First they told me a few things to do but none worked. Then they told me I’d got to go through Esty which I did they advised the same and if that fails to return to them. But do not issue a returns label. The whole situation is a nightmare, customer service very poor I would never buy from this company or Esty again v

delivered to totally wrong address

supplied the materials I ordered but to a totally incorrect address - I only learnt this when I received notification from the delivery company that the delivery had been made to Northampton - I have never lived in Northampton and dont know anyone who lived there - the address is nothing to do with me ! have taken this up with the company but very negative response - I HAVE JUST SEEN YOUR REPLY - i ASKED FOR YOU TO TAKE THIS UP WITH EBAY ! THEY WILL ONLY ACCEPT CORRESPONDANCE FROM THE SENDER - AS PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED PLEASE CAN YOU CONTACT EBAY IF THEY PROVIDED THE INCORRECT ADDRESS !!
