The brushes just don’t work. I wish I’d read these reviews before wasting my money. The 30 day money back guarantee is useless too. They asked me to send a video of it not working, but when I sent it they said it only works on a smooth surface. My video was of me trying to brush gym leggings which is as smooth as you could get in a fabric. It’s a total scam
Purchased product, wanted 3 weeks for it to arrive. Used 1 of the gloves on the carpet as shown in video and it doesn't pick the hair up anywhere as effectively as they state. I purchased this on the amazing reviews and now disappointed. Sent an email to customer service for 30 day money back guarantee to be told by "Brandon" thst I would receive a full refund within a couple of business days, nothing received chased up again today and have been told to receive a refund I need to send a video of product and the reason why im not satisfied with it. Never stayed that in the original email. DO NOT PURCHASE FRIM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT A NO QUIBBLE 30 DAY MONEY BACK REFUND.
This company seems to be a marketing scam. Supposedly the product works but I wouldn't know. I ordered 2 brushes on November 24th. It's now December 16 and no product. I continually get advertisements and even got an email asking to rate and review the product I don't have! I have reached out to the company via Messenger several times. Turns out my order was coming from the middle of China. Reviews said product arrives in about 3-5 days. The company has not once reached out to me to know what's going on. I had to initiate all the conversation on Messenger. I keep getting told they are escalating my situation to some unknown higher level but I have heard nothing back. I just want my money back! I have head that the product does work, but I later found out you can get the same exact thing on Amazon for cheaper! You will get it in 2 days and Amazon actually helps when needed. I will not ever purchase from this company again and I would not recommend it all all!
These brushes do not work. I let the company know, they wanted a video, I sent a video using both brushes on my car seats, didn't get a response, I emailed to say they need to honour their "30 day money back guarantee, no questions asked", no response. Do not waste your money.
