The products seem to be low-quality imports that are misrepresented as local stock. Don't count on getting a refund or credit; they outright deny refunds even when the sizing is completely wrong. You’re pushed into accepting a credit, but good luck trying to get a response after that. This kind of misleading selling practices should not be allowed. Avoid this service.
Unacceptable customer support! They sent me the wrong size and claim they can't issue a refund, despite their website stating otherwise. It’s not my fault that the sizes differ from the chart. They keep sending me emails saying they can't assist. I do not recommend purchasing from here.
I've noticed many of their designs are blatant copies from other brands, including local businesses, which I find appalling. It reflects a complete lack of originality and frustrates me every time I see their ads. If you like their styles, I suggest doing a reverse image search and purchasing from the original brands that truly invest in their designs!
