Was a few issues needing scaffolding that we wasn't told about from the beginning. Then when the glaziers arrived could not complete the work out the back due to restrictions again with needing scaffolding outside which was not communicated. The glaziers themselves was polite, respectful and cleaned up after themselves
We had a patio door fitted by Euroseal after having a great experience with bay windows being fitted. All the windows we have had done are exceptional quality, which will last and last.Tom was efficient, polite, helpful and a very clean worker. He showed me how to work the patio door and gave me some advice about another window.

We had a door fitted that cost over £2000. the lock on the door was faulty in the first week. prior the faulty lock we had 3 keys cut at £20 each. the lock was then replaced a week later. 2 days later the lock was playing up again this was replaced. we then had 2 more keys cut for the new lock only to have it break again losing 2 more keys. the lock was replaced 3 times losing numerous keys. now the door is letting water in at the bottom due to a manufacturing error. no one reply's on emails but quick to mither for payment and try to sell you windows.
Approximately 8/9 years ago I gave this company details to get a quote. They then harassed me often daily for around 3 years. Being a local number I’d have to answer incase it was regarding my child. I repeatedly asked to be removed from their database to no avail. Calls stopped for around a year. I also moved house in this time. The calls started again for amother couple of years. Again I repeatedly asked to be removed to no avail. Eventually my husband took the phone and threatened to report them for harassment and the calls stopped. I have again moved house and a salesman knocked on my door I told him my windows are new and at this moment in time I have more pressing things to replace than a fully functioning door. He offered me a brochure which is when I realised it was this company. I politely told him of the harassment I have endured over the years he apologised and walked away. A day later the phone calls have started again. I have told the callers I will be reporting them.
