I guess I'm one of the few who had a bad experience with SafetyGlassesUSA.com. Ordered bifocal sunglasses; delivery time was stated as 5-7 days. It's day 4 and I cannot even learn if my order was shipped. I was told to install the iPhone app "Shop" to track my order. Jumped all the stupid hoops to install the app and STILL cannot get any update. So...I called customer service - and to their credit they answered promptly - and was given a long explanation about them having to order from the manufacturer. But still could not tell me any current status. (God almighty...) So, I called Onos, the manufacturer and got all I needed. It's finally shipping out tomorrow, and the guy sent me the tracking number with no shipper; UPS? FED EX? TARZAN? Parenthetically, all of this is platformed on Shopify; the seller and the manufacturer. THIS is the customer experience with Shopify? The "Shop" app - also built by Shopify - is useless, and is nothing more than a giant ad splasher. Item after item is thrown at you while scrolling to find what you are looking for. Enough already! What agony! And you wonder why Amazon is the world standard in online commerce.
