Mailshake is a great outbound tool, not only for email but also for LinkedIn automation. Everything is easy to set up and pretty straightforward. It is not as sophisticated as some other platforms, but its pricing more than justifies that. Customer support is also very responsive and helpful.
Great software! I can schedule a ton of cold emails, change templates and phrases automatically. They flag emails likely to bounce, list cleaning, easy scheduling. The AI help bot is super useful for when I can’t figure out a setting - makes it so easy. Recommend!!!

Customer service has been excellent. There was a slight learning curve navigating the platform, but I love the automation and customization (for example, the ability to take prospects and their team members out of the sequence who respond direction), as well as the email separation.
