Replacement review as my original review has been deleted. Ordered lights in November. After many weeks of waiting, only 1 of 3 lights were delivered. They claimed the courier had attempted delivery which is simply not true as I have cameras on my house. They provided a YunExpress tracking number but with an EVRI link and claimed my parcels were with a local parcel shop. There was no way of tracking this number, EVRI knew nothing about it. I have requested a refund for the 2 items I never received. The company instructed me to return the 3rd item to China at my own expense, to which i declined, they have replied to say the case is now closed, but they have not refunded the items. Be very wary of this company. It looks to be a scam.
The website showed two stylish lamp shades and boasted about the Scandinavian wooden lamp shades. The product arrived 10 days later and there was a flat pack of wood shapes for ONE lamp and a wordless diagram of fitting the large number of bits to make a shade! The cost was £130.00. This is outrageous. The product was shipped from China with a Dutch office link. I have sent an email to the Dutch office asking for return advice and refund. It says that the customer pays the return cost. Please be aware of this company.
