It's a facade for TEMU quality items with incorrect descriptions and no customer service. Avoid. I ordered two flush star light fittings which were advertised as glass and metal, but when they arrived they were completely plastic and poor quality. I have contacted customer services to arrange a refund as per their own terms and conditions but have received no response. I will be pursuing a charge back.Edit: their reply is completely false, I've received no refund nor any reply from them. Customers would be better off buying direct from TEMU because it's a lot cheaper and the customer service would be the same.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS - SCAM.Order 2 lights over 2 months ago, one arrived with a fault and the other never turned up. Still no refund after over 8 weeks. I’ve been speaking with Tycho Herman’s and he’s completely useless. Whole thing feels light a scam and now I need to report to my bank.
I am very happy with my Nobleshine lamp from Maison Lumi. The design is beautiful and the quality is excellent. It arrived well packaged and delivery was fast. Setup was easy and the lamp gives a warm, stylish light that fits perfectly in my space. Great product, would recommend.
