Review Time
Having read other people's comments, I am no longer surprised that this company hasn't responded to my request to return an item. However, I'm still furious, hence this review.
I bought a throw which, when it finally arrived, was a different colour to online image (and frankly not worth what I paid) so I e-mailed asking about returning it. No reply, e-mailed again, still no reply. But if like others I have to pay cost of returning it to China ( I too thought company was in Netherlands! ) then it probably won't be worth pursuing matter. The customer care is shabby, and my advice is avoid buying from this company.

Delivery time is a joke ordered on the 22nd of Feb to arrive today and only half the order shows up! Had a response to say they send every item separately for damage control Threatened with legal action to remove my review...even though its factually correct...and that my order has been fulfilled in full....Still only recieved 1 lamp out of 2 ordered, time will tell if we recieve the other
as others have said, the good reviews are almost always from users with only 1 review, so fake!We ordered from them 4 weeks ago, still waiting for lights, communication from them is a joke. They don't care.We ordered on 14 Feb, and were told that lights would arrive by March 4th without issue and then reassured they would arrive. They did not arrive.... and still have notIf they respond to email you get a load of nonsense. I ordered a Rechargeable LED Candle-Style Touch Table Lamp – Minimalist Design a month ago and it still hasn't arrived. I received tracking information immediately after ordering from a Chinese shipping company and it didn't really say anything. When I asked the company, they said that there had been a delay in manufacturing and my tracking will be updated. It hasn't and so I am a month into waiting. I thought I was buying a product from the Netherlands, very deceptive.
We ordered 2 ceiling pendants in November 25. Contacted the company straightaway as we wanted to return them as they were not suitable. It took 2 months to get a response. We were told to return them, we did, we covered the cost of the postage only to have them refused and then returned to us!
Be careful with this company they promise quick delivery dates, take your money and then the problem starts. They are supposed to be based in the Netherlands but the contact number listed is bogus and email queries are responded to eventually originate. Delivery dates were greatly exceeded and we never did receive our order - so we requested a refund.Maison-Lumi have finally responded and provided me with a refund weeks after I initiated dialogue with them.
