This website is not genuine. The shipping is from China, not the Netherlands, and my order took two weeks instead of the promised 2-4 days. The fabric quality is poor; I ordered a cashmere jumper, but it seems to be made of polyester with no labels. Definitely not worth the price!
I received boots that I didn’t like and reached out for a return label. I was offered a 20% refund instead of a return option, and the return address was a unit in the UK. I refused to send it to China, as it seems unfair for the buyer to cover return costs. I suspect the boots may be unsafe to wear due to missing labels, and I plan to report this to authorities.
I ordered a jumper, and the payment was taken immediately. There was no communication, and it arrived after two weeks in poor packaging. The material is terrible, and returning it would cost £30 without a return label. Had I known they were based in China, I would have never ordered from them.
They don’t deserve even one star. My boots arrived without a box; while they fit and look okay, the quality is extremely cheap. I could have bought them for less elsewhere. I paid £54, but they were originally priced at £69. Given the return issues, I won't bother returning them. Avoid this seller to prevent being overcharged for low-quality items.
I would give no stars if possible. I ordered two tweed jackets, but they were made from thin polyester with a cheap printed pattern. I was shocked to find the sizing was small. Even if it fit, I wouldn't wear it. This experience was a huge letdown.
