Review Time
I bought a bag online and received it long after the promised ETA. The bag Ivreveived is smaller than what i bought, they said the size i ordered was not available. I asked for a refund of the extra money i paid for a larger size but they offered to give a free bag of my choice instead. In few weeks i still didnt receive the free bag so i said camcel it and just return my money. They insisted the bag will be shipped in no time - which never happened. I did not get the refund nor received the bag. NEVER again with this brand.
This is a genuine review and I was worried after reading everyone else’s comments.. having not received my bag I emailed Maison Ginza and got a reply the next day saying my bag was on route and in fact it literally arrived the same afternoon.. It is exactly like the description Picotin style 22 in red.. I am really pleased with it and the prompt response I had from the sellers .
Worst purchase ever ‼️I had to wait a month for the shipping, wich is ok if the product is nice…. But it’s clearly not ! The fabric is totally cheap and the seam has opened up before I even touched it. The most disappointing thing is that the side pockets don’t even fit the smallest drink ever ! DO NOT BUY !
