Received my bag and tried the zipper, broke first use. Contacted customer service, apparently in getting a new bag. No Mention of asking for me to return original.Fingers crossed I get a new one. Here's wishing I didn't get burnt again! Was hoping that since I'm purchasing items through the Shop app that there would be some assistance... but I've had back luck before
The purse was as-advertised and for a decent price. The wife loves it. Shipping was a mess, their website auto filled an old address even though I specified my billing address as the correct one. CS couldn't get it rerouted but I was able to get my package from the new homeowner, but after Christmas.
I have a very bad experience with them few weeks ago I bought bag. I don’t like it and I tried to return, but the shipping cost me around my bag price. That’s why I told them. I’m not going to return everything very bad experience.
I purchased the Kate Lock Bag but never received it. After waiting three weeks and tracking the shipping, I noticed that it was stuck in transit. I contacted the company and they immediately responded and said they were sending me a replacement. That was over 2 weeks ago and now this shipment is "stuck in transit too". It's obvious there is an issue and I'm done. Very disappointing. If you buy from them, consider it a donation to China. You won't get anything useful from it.
