Review Time
From start to finish,what a disaster! Firstly, I never received any confirmation about my purchase or delivery. I had to track down a customer service email and complain. It took almost one month to receive the Kate Lock Bag. It came only in plastic and completely squashed and wrinkled. The strap which is supposed to be in the center, front (long length) of the bag was completely in the wrong place! Poorly done, cheap product! They didn't even get it right!
