Had a great experience with this company. Ordered two pairs of bar stools. Assembled one pair - looked exactly like in the photos but it just didn’t go with our decor eventually. Chatted with an executive for return. Was sorted within minutes and the items were booked for collection within 2 days.
Money was refunded within a day of collection. Fantastic service throughout both in terms of delivery and collection.
This is a first class Company. I bought 4 chairs which are of excellent quality at a very reasonable price, two of which were unfortunately damaged by a visitor. The after sales service from this Company was brilliant, they sorted everything by the next day. The staff here give a service second to none and I can't thank them enough.

My chairs arrived quickly, and I had them put together. There was a problem with the chairs, so I reached out to the customer service team. I must say, their communication and eagerness to help were outstanding. They have been great to work with and provided excellent customer care.
Great customer service with prompt responses. I rated it 4 stars because one chair had a defect, but I received compensation. Improving quality control would be beneficial to avoid similar issues in the future. The dining chairs are beautiful, and I got them at an amazing price!

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt compelled to this time. I ordered a table and 2 chairs on Sunday evening, and they were delivered by Tuesday morning. I couldn't fault anything! I accidentally ordered too many chairs but called on Monday morning, and they quickly rectified my mistake and refunded my card. Everything is set up now, ready to enjoy. Thank you!
I ordered 4 dining chairs. They were delivered on time, and the customer service was excellent, especially the representative who was very helpful. Unfortunately, I had to return them as they were too large for my table, but the pickup was free.
