I am writing to follow up on my previous email sent last month regarding the callout fee charged for my recent booking. To date, I have received no response.
As outlined in my earlier message, I obtained written confirmation from your team that the quoted materials would be sufficient for all three floors and that everything required had been accounted for. When your team attended, this information proved to be incorrect and the work could not proceed due to your company’s error.
Given that the cancellation was not caused by me, charging a callout fee is unjustified. I therefore requested a full refund, which remains outstanding.
I would appreciate your prompt response and confirmation that this charge will be refunded within 7 days. If I do not hear from you within this timeframe, I will escalate the matter further and seek advice from the appropriate consumer protection bodies.
Super customer services, sorted out our issue immediately. Connected remotely to set us up on our computer, the lady who rang was excellent, very knowledgeable and very helpful got us up and running straight away, hassle free. Would definitely recommend, very happy.
For some unknown reason my e mails to support were not getting through, but a call to Josh to speak about another issue, and he arranged for Ann to call me, I nearly didn't answer the call, thinking it might be spam! Ha! Ha! but she was so helpful, a simple issue of not being logged in cured the problem. Not being a computer Whizz Kid, I was not able to sort it myself, but she explained fully, so, next time I might be able to sort it myself!.....Doubt it! Ha! Ha! I have had the cameras for several years now, but still don't know how to fully use the software! But hey I'm getting there! Thankyou very much Ann, you're a godsend! Oh well done Josh !

I had Securico CCTV install cameras in my home in December 2021. During installation, the workmen drilled a hole into my loft to run the cable to my electricity mains in my spare room. The cable remains very unsightly, and when I recently asked about having it moved, the response has been frustratingly unhelpful.One of the cameras has never worked properly. I raised this during the warranty period and was simply told to turn it on and off again. I didn’t pursue it further at the time due to having a young child, so I accept that part is partially on me.However, my recent attempts to have both the cable moved and the faulty camera fixed have been a series of unproductive back-and-forths over WhatsApp. Promised phone calls have not happened, and my most recent communication was met with claims that they don’t believe it’s their installation because the cable “doesn’t look like their lead,” which is incorrect—it is exactly the one they installed. I have asked repeatedly for a proper phone call, been told one would happen, but no expectations have been set, and nothing has been resolved.Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the poor customer service, lack of accountability, and the failure to follow through on even basic commitments. Communication has been poor, and issues that should be straightforward to resolve remain unresolved months after my initial enquiry.
