Very impressed with this company! Firstly the product is exactly as described, and a reasonable price. Secondly, it was cut to custom size and delivered rapidly (order placed Friday afternoon & item delivered midday Monday!). Thirdly and most importantly, the customer service is top notch. I had requested an unusual size, so I had an email and then a phone call from the very polite people at 'Make an Entrance' to double check my measurement before cutting to size.
We have used this company a number of times and been delighted with the quality of the product, the accuracy of the dimensions (essential when fitting a a recess in the floor) and the speed of delivery.Just a bit irritated by the bombardment of e-mails from DHL advising on progress of delivery. All a bit unnecessary.
These are excellent mats, we ordered 4 of different sizes, all high quality. Furthermore the customer service from 'O' was really appreciated as he was particularly helpful & gave good advice.However very frustrating, the contract you have with the courier is disappointing & dismal, the mats were collected on the Friday & sat in DHLs depot until Tuesday - 4 days wait... OK it was a Bank Holiday but Evri, Yodel, Amazon didn't stop delivering... needs addressing. Furthermore the plastic packaging was torn & partially open, so very poor packing, - also the clown who packed them, 'tied' each one round with selotape, I now have 4 mats with lines of sticky residue from the tape & it's not easy to remove - which I shouldn't have to.Summing up, great high quality mats, great customer service, extremely poor packaging & choice courier service...
We ordered a 30mm deep mat to fit a purpose made mat well. The well is the width of the door and tapers along one edge, so we sent a template in for the mat to be sized against. It fits perfectly and looks great. There was an error during the processing, but when I contacted customer services they listened carefully to my request, provided a clear explanation of what to do next and resolved the issue speedily and with no fuss. An example plenty of other customer service teams could learn a lot from. Will definitely come back to MAE for our next order.
Very pleased with the classic door mats.Traditional construction, good thick pile Classy whipping (for the edges) and most importantly, no rubber backing so the whole mat ‘breathes’ (as indeed does the surface beneath).I’m measuring up more doors
