My product got stuck in Brazilian postal service and I didn't receive any notification, and after 30 days the package was returned. I contacted support and they easily helped me solve the problem. They sent the product again and tracking was simpler. Upon arrival in Brazil, I paid the import tax and a few days later I had the product in hand, which, by the way, is of excellent quality. Very satisfied with the product and the support!
Hello makeship, I think you are a nice company, (for example i think the plushies that you put the most love, care, and effect into is, shark plushie, yamoy plushie by @yam00y, Sophia's magic diary Sophia plush, Maru plushie, Nebby plushie, Rambley the raccoon plush indigo park, Orb plushie, Mimu Plushie, Mavie by JustAdrian, JX1DX1 plush,star girl master plush, Hoshi Plushie, Lampert plushie and Mimi plushie, you need to but some more effort and love or maybe care into some of your plushies, (I was really waiting for the sh4rkle liar liar (mirou plush) the plush looked like you didn't put much care effort and love into the plush , (maybe helpful tips to make the plush look better, try to add the color eyeshadow that the ref has, make the bows smaller, make the bangs look more like the ref, add a little more effect to his clothes, and the eye shadow under the eyes a little more and a bit darker, make his eyes outline bolder, make his eyes look more like the ref, and little more care into his socks or maybe they are leggings, make the ruffle or cuff on the neck small, and the bow a tiny bit smaller,make his braids look better, add a few more simple details to his braids, you forgot to add the tiny bows to the end of his braids and sleeves,please make the plush again but with my tips if you can im sorry if that's to much to ask for , have a great day makeship. ♡
I had a generally positive experience with the ordering process and the update emails. However, it has been about a week and a half since the estimated delivery date, and the package tracking hasn’t provided any updates since it arrived at customs on January second. I'm beginning to question if it will actually arrive.
I've ordered $1400+ worth of products from Makeship this year, and they have for the most part been of exceptional quality!
My only defects out of about 23 orders was my Randy Jade 2.0 not being seen in a few places, and my Dave Lee plush's nametag being missewn. With both of these times, I emailed support and they have assisted me incredibly! They even recorded a video inside the warehouse on a way I could attenpt to fix my Dave Lee plushes nametag, though it ended up being a sewing issue on mine, it DID help in fixing my friends plush which was NOT missewn but did also have a crooked nametag!
They have offered to send me a replacement Dave plush, but I've devlined as I wouldn't want to cause that extra trouble/burden on them.
20/10 quality, will be buying thousands of dollars worth again in 2026 I presume haha.
