Would not do business with these guys, canceled after they created me a video because it was terrible they charged my card after my free trial cancellation and are refusing to refund us. I spoke with the CEO and he didnt do anything to mend the situation of make it better. I gave them 3 days to make it right before i reviewed their product, Other platforms that are better anyways.
This software is ineffective, the ads are of poor quality, and the customer service is disappointing. They claim to generate complete AI characters, but this is simply not accurate. They only perform a mouth replacement that aligns with your script using footage of an actor displaying somewhat relevant hand gestures. The end product is just not good. I would not recommend this at all. Additionally, they state on their website that a refund is available if you are unhappy with the software results. This is misleading. I tried it and was very dissatisfied with the outcome, as it was quite poor. When I requested a refund, they deducted amounts based on the credits I used to create the videos, which were not satisfactory. Upon inquiring about this, I was told that their full refund policy needs to be read for such details. If you only receive back what you haven't spent on credits, is that truly a refund? Moreover, when requesting a refund, it typically implies closing the account, but that was not their understanding. As a result, I was charged again the following month. In summary, avoid this service. You will find much better AI UGC generators available. The videos produced are subpar and unconvincing, and they employ questionable business practices in their policies. Steer clear! The only positive aspect was that I eventually received a refund after the second charge to my card.

Because it simple sucks.But when I asked for a refund they deducted money from my final refund based on how many credits I had used to generate their shitty videos.And when I asked them about it they told me that you have to read their full refund policy in order to find this out.So if you only get your money back that you have not used up on credits, it’s not really a refund then, is it?!And on top of this, When you ask for a refund in the normal world that also means that youb want to close the account. But to these people that is not the case. So they ended up charging me 70usd again the next month.So in short. Do not bother with this piece of crap. You are much better of going with almost any other AI UGC generator out there.The videos are very bad and not believable and in order to make money they apply sneaky business tactics in their small print.Avoid at all cost!The ONLY good thing about them is that I eventually got a refund for the second time that they charged my card.
The videos look completely unrealistic. Lip synchronization is off, the voices sound artificial, and the overall result is not usable. On top of that, there is no refund policy – you’re stuck with the costs. Very disappointing experience.
