Apparently my last Review was removed for a reason trustpilot doesnt disclose to the user.
I want to thus reiterate my 5* rating. We had a few cars which were not perfekt looking with sime scrapes but compared to other companies they are always clean inside, no bad smell and no issues while driving. Prices are always competitive even with full insurance, especially for cars with automatic. The transfer is fast (10 minutes) and even very early or late at night we never had to wait longer than maybe 10 minutes for the shuttle service.

The entire process was fast and straightforward. There’s a convenient shuttle from the airport to the office, just 4 minutes away. The vehicle was ready for us, and we finished all the paperwork in just 10 minutes. Everything is managed digitally, so we only needed the keys. I highly recommend this service.

Everything went smoothly.

Everything was seamless, from pickup to drop-off. The shuttle picks you up from the airport and returns you at the scheduled time. They didn’t require deposits, which was a plus. It would be wonderful if there were more locations worldwide, as this experience was very convenient and pleasant.

The service is generally very efficient, both for picking up and returning the vehicles. On this occasion, the wait was a bit longer due to a few staff members assisting customers. Other than that, everything was good, as usual.

Dependable service, no hidden costs.

There was a shuttle bus at the airport to transport clients to the office just a few minutes away. We had a bit of trouble figuring out the exact location since there were no signs. The line at the office was long with limited seating (we had a child with an injury), but the staff was quite efficient, and everything turned out fine.
