Nice and easy way to buy a car. Zack was very helpful from beginning to end. Nothing was too much of a problem. Answered any questions I had. I couldn’t get to view the vehicle so I was sent a video so I could view it at home. There was an issue with the rear bumper that I wasn’t happy with and once again wasn’t a problem, Zack sorted that out. The car was the delivered to me at home. Just perfect. I am updating my previous comments and changing my rating from five stars to two. While the service was friendly and seemed promising at first, I encountered several issues. The exhaust repair they performed was simply wiring up the back box, which I later removed. The rear camera that was supposed to be ordered and sent to me never arrived. I also wasn't informed about the absence of the V5, which led me to order my own after following up two weeks post-sale. Additionally, the promised £25 refund never materialized. The engine light reappeared after a week, but I managed to fix it myself. Overall, I am satisfied with the car, but the misleading nature of the service left much to be desired.

We pre-booked a test drive, received email confirmation, and traveled a long distance only to find the vehicle was not available. No apology was offered. The staff were rude, particularly the representative on the phone. I would recommend avoiding this business.
What can I say? I was asked when I wanted to collect, but the pickup was delayed twice, and when I arrived, the car wasn't ready for another two hours. The key was broken, a piece of trim was missing, and it didn't have a full year's MOT as promised. The fuel tank was almost empty. On the positive side, I was offered a solid warranty and I love the car; it's very clean.
