This campany is a scam. Put petrol with fuel card which is acceptable at esso petrol station but for some reason the petrol refused to accept the card at the petrol station the cashier couldn't provide means of payments said the vars will call regarding payment vars never called received the letter 7 days later already with increase fine. The company require reference to make payments this wasnt provided at the petrol until the letter was received charging extra 17 pounds. Scamming customers money to enrich themselves. Avoid them like plaque
I sold my car to a local scrap dealer on 4.11.25, and the vehicle was picked up by the dealer using a transporter. Unfortunately, someone used my former car to steal fuel in Swindon, resulting in a drive-off notice sent to me. Since it takes four weeks for the relevant authority to update the registered keeper, my name remained on the register. The picture from the forecourt is clearly not of me. I have reached out to the company via letter and email, but they have not responded. Now, I've received a final demand that I plan to contest. The documentation clearly states that the registered keeper is not necessarily the owner, and I was not the owner at the time of the offence on 17.11.2025. The lack of response from the service regarding my written and email inquiries has been incredibly frustrating.
This disreputable service sent me a letter demanding payment for an agreement at a petrol station I’ve never heard of, using a vehicle and license plate that aren't mine! I contacted the relevant authorities, and the vehicle isn’t linked to me at all. I also reached out to the scammers, but they haven't responded. This is terrible treatment of innocent people, and such operations should be shut down for harassment and extortion.
This service falsely claimed I hadn't paid for fuel while I was out of the country. It's clearly a scam. Engaging with scammers only encourages them; ignoring them will likely make them give up. If they have real evidence, they will take you to court, where you can present your proof. Don't be intimidated; a proper appeal can only start if a court finds against you. No private company can demand anything from you.
This company is appalling. I received a fine for an alleged fuel payment failure, accusing me of theft and charging me excessively. The incident was reported much later, and I barely had time to respond before facing additional penalties. Thankfully, I had proof of payment, but had I not, I’m sure the fines would have kept escalating. This company should be reported for fraud. Keep all receipts and evidence when dealing with them.
