When I ordered this for my husband I didn't realize it would be so difficult to open! He called me on FaceTime when it arrived so I could see his gift, it was hilarious to watch him try to open it. I couldn't stop laughing. I also had to call customer service prior to ordering because Troop ID wouldn't work. Customer service was VERY helpful and everything exceeded my expectations. The crate arrived exactly on the day I selected.
We had trouble with our delivery and customer service response was above and beyond. Very first comment, "I am so sorry that happened." Then not only reshipped the product but refunded shipping charge because the package was going to arrive late. I was so surprised and pleased. This was my third order and it will not be my last! Awesome products, awesome service!
There was a slight delay in the shipping of my order, dang customs. Man Crates Customer Champion Chris handled the delay like a champ! Everything was handled within hours, without follow up. And the product... WOW. I got a "this is pretty f******g cool" for the first time. High fives all around.
The crate was delivered on time. And it was hillarious watching him get into it. The kids even asked him if he worked out..well maybe he should more! However i expected the whole box to be glued not just the top. My overthinking fiance' took one look at the box flipped it over and would have had it oped in a matter of seconds had I not stopped him & told him it HAD to be opeded from the TOP. The contents were great. And I will be ordering again!
