Absolutely adore them! Both the tights and the socks are of excellent quality and feel incredibly warm. I've noticed several reviews mentioning delivery issues (perhaps shipping is slower than anticipated), but I didn't experience that at all. I will definitely be buying again.
STAY AWAY! A parcel was sent on December 8th to the postal service, and after 10 days, they still haven't received it! The customer support is terrible and finds humor in the fact that the parcel is missing, and they also refuse to refund my money! This is a SCAM!

This feels like a scam. I ordered on November 28th and received a tracking number on December 8th. The postal service claims they haven't received the parcel. Update: I've adjusted my rating because their customer service was surprisingly helpful, and the socks finally arrived and are nice. However, the stated 2-4 day delivery was misleading, as it took from November 27th to December 20th, and they are definitely not based in London.
I wouldn't even give this company a single star. AVOID AVOID AVOID! I strongly advise anyone considering an order with this company to think twice. They take your money without delivering the goods and refuse to engage when you request a refund.
I was initially apprehensive after reading the reviews. The package did take a bit longer than expected, arriving on day 10 instead of the promised 6-8 days. However, communication with customer service was good, and it seems they are doing their best. The products are of good quality.
Unfortunately, I can't leave a negative star rating—please avoid this company at all costs. My goods remain outstanding, likely never to be received from China, despite their misleading name. No goods, no refund. Lesson learned. They are allowed to advertise on social media—please steer clear.
Misleading delivery information—4-8 days means more like 4-8 weeks, if at all. I haven't received my order and don't expect to either. I didn't realize when I ordered that the items are shipped from China, which is another costly lesson. Always check the origin of your goods, as ordering from China can be risky.
