The wrong item was sent out .. I had to pay for the return of this item , even though the intial order was correct. Unable to speak to anyone and chat box no help. Now they want me to reorder and pay postage again.. not going to happen.. extremely poor customer service
All I can say is buy from this amazing company. Unlike most websites, they actually deliver genuine "money saving" offers on excellent quality products. I regularly buy Fitflop, Selected Homme and French Connection products from M & M. There returns process is also super easy and very efficient. A+++

Whilst delivery was fast, I've barely had my coat 5 weeks and it is literally coming apart at the seams. Not sure it will last the whole of this London winter, it'll certainly won't be good enough for the next. I've bought Bench clothes for years, the quality has always been good. This is extremely disappointing, and I certainly won't recommend M and M.
The experience of ordering and receiving the coat ordered was excellent. Notified of progress at all stages.
The negative was the sizing. Ordered a 14 which is erring on the side of more than required to allow for a jumper underneath, however it was 10 inches to short to do up. Really poor sizing. However the actual coat was good apart from the size

Never used this company before. But I'm glad I did. The range and prices are impressive enough but to deliver next day, and on a Sunday was in my book outstanding. Well happy with the 2 pair of sketchers trainers. This company is a keeper for me. Already recommended them to my family.
Well packaged. Quick delivery. Regular updates through email about processing through to delivery date. Have ordered online with the company many times before and never had a problem with them. Would recommend.
I strongly advise against using this service. I selected the unlimited deliveries option, and they claimed to have sent me a package and marked it as received. However, I never got the parcel, and they insisted that the delivery was made by a courier, providing a photo that was not taken at my address. I did not receive the package, and they have declined to properly investigate the issue. Save your money, as you won't receive what you paid for.
