If you encounter an issue customer service is horrible. On their second attempt at correcting messed up lenses, owner said “I don’t believe you”. Other staff would give date estimates on the fix and never follow up or meet their own deadlines. Asking them directly for better service led to them ignoring calls and not replying. I could go on and on.
BUYER BEWARE: if you encounter an issue, they will not make it easy to deal with.

Another fantastic experience a good See co another two pairs of Jacques Marie and chrome hearts that arrived today perfect fit. The Owner, Rezza, adjust all pairs before they leave and he is just fantastic. I will continue to buy my next 14th or 15th pair from them. Thank you.
Very relaxed environment with a dizzying selection of glasses. I was taken care of by the owner, who seemed to know what glasses suited me (and which I was drawn to) perfectly. Absolutely no pressure. I eventually had to say I didn't want to try on any more glasses, I had decided which ones I wanted.Without question THE best sunglass store experience I have ever had.
Faro has been extremely helpful throughout the process of trying to find the right glasses for me. I tried one but they just didn’t look good on me but the second pair of Dita’s are fantastic. Extremely comfortable and feel good on. They are incredible all the way around. I am enjoying the art of them.
My elderly father had a horrible experience. He purchased a pair of glasses that had to be ordered. The young man that assisted him told him money back guarantee. Two days later we found something he liked better for a fraction of the price, so we called to cancel the order. We got the runaround so went into the store to cancel the order. The young guy started acting funny about refunding the purchase; he went and got the manager who asked for the receipt. My father provided the receipt, the man took the receipt and came back with a different receipt and stated he could not refund the purchase. We looked at the receipt and it wasn’t my father’s receipt. We asked for the receipt but he refused to give it back stating it was his receipt. It was a sad and shady experience. I believe in karma, messing over children and elderly people is a gross miscarriage of human decency. We will be taking our complaint to a higher authority.
Good See Co. has both the largest selection of designer optical and sunglass frames in the US, and the largest commitment to customer service. I bought high-priced Lindberg frames there in December 2022 when I was in LA to visit my sister. Three months later, one of the stems fell out. I contacted Good See Co., and E-Commerce Manager Farasat promptly emailed me a prepaid UPS 2nd Day Air shipping label. The frames were repaired and returned to me in Jacksonville, FL, without delay and at no charge. Unfortunately, the same repair was required again, 13 months after my original purchase. (Lindberg eyewear is not built for durability, IMHO.) As before, the estimable Farasat and repair team fixed the frames and sent them back gratis in record time. Good See Co. delivers superlative customer service.
Had an issue with a new pair of sunglasses. They reached out to the manufacturer and I recieved a new pair resolving the issue. The staff was polite and helpful. To be fair, for reasons beyond their control it did not happen over night, but they followed through and they understood the assignment.
