I missed a renewal email and freaked…

I missed a renewal email and freaked out as the amount came from my bank. The team were great. They showed me I'd missed the reminder, but they have a 14-day cancellation policy from auto-renewal. So, I got a refund. Phew. Michal Sabaka was a fantastic help.
