There rugs are as good as they look. They ship reliably and fast. They really do custom cut the pad, even though it's a bit confusing that they also say they are selling a generic 3x5 size. They should clarify that. In any case, I've bought 6 or 7 of their rugs, and will continue to do so when I need a rug.

I bought it soon thereafter and it was at my home just a short time later. What a surprisingly easy process it all was... and the rug? Love it! Everything is perfect and beautiful in our home.
