Excellent cutsomer service the drapes were beautifull and an amazing valueI have 10 ft ceilings in my apartment and wanted a more dramatic window treatment. I shopped the usual places online and everything was pretty uninspiring. Getting something made custom at a local shop was going to be incredibly expensive. I eas a little nervous about buying something so expensive sight unseen but the curtains were more amazing than i thought they would be. I'm moving soon and will definitely buy from them again.
After searching for months for the perfect linen curtains, I finally found them here. The fabric has this beautiful natural texture that gives my modern apartment a cozy, organic feel. They filter the light perfectly - bright enough to keep the room cheerfull but soft enough to prevent glare on my TV. I ordered the "Natural" color and it's exactly as pictured. Washed them twice already and they've gotten even softer while maintaining their shape. Worth every penny!

I always like to experiment on myself before I work with someone I haven't before on a clients project. Reiko was beyond helpful in assisting me on the right selections/correct measurements for the (outdoor!) location. It was just like working with a custom fabricator locally. - But I live in a VERY expensive part of the US and sometimes it can be cost prohibitive to work locally.
Never, ever buy curtains from this website. Absolutely terrible customer service.The first time I ordered curtains, they suggested a color that wasn’t even listed on their website.The second time, I reached out again — they gave me an unreasonably high quote. When I said it was too expensive, they told me to “make it simpler” and just order directly from the website. My request from the very beginning was for the same color as before. Instead of adjusting my order properly, they pushed me to place it myself. I completely forgot that the color wasn’t available online and naturally assumed I was getting the same shade.In the end, I received completely different curtains. And the company simply shrugged and told me it was my fault.
