Great product in terms of value, selection, styles, fit and fashion and the transition/photocromatic feature works great. I’m near sighted and wear a +1.50 magnification. There are some inconsistencies with the quality of the progressive lenses. Some of the glasses that I have, the magnification section at the bottom is way too low and doesn’t come up high enough. I find myself tilting my head up and damn near looking at the ceiling when I’m sitting at my desk trying to read my computer screen. Other pairs that I have are blurry at the very tip top of the lenses when they should be clear with no magnification. Be prepared to wait. With both of my orders, my glasses took way too long to get to the United Sates, a little over 3 weeks each time. I did take advantage of the buy 2 pair get 1 pair free offer they were running which is awesome. Also, be aware of their terminology in the description or their products. Muli-Focal lenses mean Bi-Focal lenses, which is not the same as progressive lenses. I learned that the hard way and was denied a refund for that pair, which I thought was b/s. Needless to say that pair is useless to me because the whole Bi-Focal thing drives me crazy when I wear them. Overall, they’re a great bang for the buck and if this rating was based on that the things that I mentioned at the very beginning of this post I would have given them a 5 star review. Even with the inconsistency with the lenses they would be at a 4 star, but the shipping time and lack of a solution for the Bi-Focal/Multi-Focal pair earned them a 3 star review. Hope this helps you make a more informed decision. It sure beats paying $500 to $700 for a pair of glasses. I own 6 pairs for under $200, well 5 pairs because of the Bi-Focal pair that I cannot wear.
Absolute rubbish! Don't waste you time and money! ZERO STARS IF POSSIBLE!I ordered on line, delivery took ages! When the glasses finally arrived they were broken.I sent an email requesting a return or replacement, I didn't receive a response. The glasses are very poorly made and terrible quality. You will get way better quality from Amazon for less than £5.Rubbish product, shocking delivery times, and Zero customer service.
I was kinda skeptical when I saw the ad for these glasses..but figured because of the price I would take a chance and I have to say these glasses have been even better than I could have imagined. I have bought so many readers both cheap and expensive and I even have my prescription ones but these have em all beat ...I unfortunately only bought one pair as these are now my everyday glasses and only ones I use now so I'm going to have to order another pair as backups if I ever misplaced these. But everything about the glasses were As promised and even better...I will never buy any other readers when I can get these for a good price and have everything that I need...I love the multi-lens and also they darken when I'm outside...with my old glasses whenever I wasn't reading something I always had them either hanging from around my neck or just raise them up to the top of my head ...but with these I can keep them on my face cause I'm able to see when I read and also far so I'm extremely happy with that....also with cheap readers the frames break or loosen up after a few weeks ... these frames have kept their shape and fit snuggly and don't slip off when I'm looking down or doing something active....so anyone skeptical about these glasses...just buy them ..you will definitely not be sorry and I'm certain just like me that your days of buying cheap throw away readers will be over ...if I had one complaint its nothing about the glasses....my one and only complaint would be that they took a little longer to receive then they should have..not to long but even after paying the express shipping fee to get them faster I was pretty disappointed at how long it took ...I will say this once I emailed to ask and check why I hadn't received my order yet I did get a response pretty quick by email but very little information other than they were getting my order ready to ship which had been 7 to 8 since I made the order and then I got another email a couple days later saying they had shipped so I had about another 7 days to wait .... which would of been not so bad if I hadn't paid for the express delivery....so that I was kinda frustrated with but once I did receive then I forgot all about the wait time cause I fell in love with them instantly...so I don't want to say all their deliveries take that long because it could of just been a mistake or glitch but i order things from other places all the time and usually even without paying express shipping I usually get my orders no more than a week. But other than that YES definitely buy these glasses ...I ABSOLUTELY LOVE EVERYTHING ABOUT THEM AND WILL DEFINITELY BE ORDERING AGAIN FOR BACKUPS
I received my glasses much sooner than I thought I would. Shipping was fast, and the packaging kept everything safe. The lenses are clear and easy to use, and the frames feel sturdy but not heavy. I couldn't be happier with the combination of efficiency and quality from this brand.
I bought them according to their guidelines. All I see is blurry, and this truly sucks. Tried contacting for the 14 day refund, and got no response. I tried to get a refund and got nowhere. All BS They have it worded where the c/c company can not dispute.
